ORDER

S.O.1341(E)  – In exercise of powers conferred by the Drug (Prices Control) Order, 1995 read with S.O. 637(E), dated the 4th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, hereby withdraw the Gazette Notification No. 674(E) dated 24th March, 2008, relating to Hydroxychloroquine tablet, with immediate effect, as it is not a salt, ester, stereo, isomer and / or derivative of scheduled bulk drug Chloroquine under DPCO, 1995.
