ORDER

S.O. 1461(E)- In exercise of the powers, conferred by paragraph 4, 10, 11, 14, 16 and 17 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013, read with S.O. No. 1394(E) dated the 30th May, 2013 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (hereinafter referred as NPPA) hereby withdraws with immediate effect the ceiling price fixed for Isoniazid Tablet 300mg, mentioned therein at Sl. No. 34 of the table published in S.O. 1253(E) dated the 29th March, 2016, (both in Hindi & English versions).

Consequently, ceiling price of Rs. 1.36 per tablet fixed and notified for Isoniazid Tablet 300mg in column (5) of the table, at Sl. No. 288 in S.O. 644(E) dated 02.03.2016 shall remain valid and operative.
