ORDER

S.O.1777(E)  – The National Pharamceutical Pricing Authority’s Order No. S.O. 1686(E), dated the 3rd October, 2006, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, of the Entry at Sl. No. 13 in the column No. (3) of the table, in English version be read as follows :

Instead of
“Each ml contains
Betamethasone Dipropionate 0.064%
eq. to 0.05% w/w
Neomycin Sulphate 3400 IU
Salicylic Acid 2% w/w”
Read as
“Each ml contains
Betamethasone Dipropionate 0.064%
eq. to 0.05% w/w
Salicylic Acid 2% w/w”

Further, in the notification No. S.O. 1683(E) dated 3.10.2006, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, of the Entry at Sl.No. 1 in the Column No. (3) of the table, both in English and Hindi version be read as follows :

Instead of
“Lactic Acid Bacillus 100 million spores”
Read as
“Each ml contains
“Lactic Acid Bacillus 120 million spores”

Also in Notification No. S.O. 1688(E) dated 3.10.2006, No. S.O. 749(E) dated 19.5.2006 and No. S.O.1354(E) dated 25.11.2003, entries against item at Sl. No. 1, item at Sl.No. 11 and item at Sl. No. 15 respectively, both in Hindi and English version stands withdrawn.
