ORDER

S.O. 228(E) :- In exercise of powers conferred by the Drug (Prices Control) Order, 1995 read with S.O. 637(E), dated the 4th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, hereby withdraws the entries mentioned in all columns (1) to (5) of the table in respect of ‘Serial No. 1’ in the Gazette Notification No. 450(E) issued on 29th March, 2006, relating to Betamethasone Valerate+Fusedic Acid Cream with immediate effect.
