ORDER

S.O. 1317(E) :- In exercise of powers conferred by the Drug (Prices Control) Order, 1995 read with S.O. 637(E), dated the 4th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, hereby withdraw the Gazette Notification No. 770(E) dated 19th May, 2006, issued relating to Oxcarbazepine tablets, with immediate effect.
