ORDER

S.O. 1504(E) – In Pursuance of paragraph 7 of the Drugs (Prices Control) order, 1995, read with No. S.O. 637(E) dated the 4^th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, in addition to the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) No. S.O. 2973(E) dated 16^th December, 2010, published in the Gazette of India, extraordinary, part II, section – 3, sub-section (ii), hereby prescribes the norms for Additional Packing Material Cost of materials for the purpose of the said paragraph, which shall come into force with immediate effect:

Note:   (1)     Additional Packing Material Cost of Rs.0.05 per 10’s blister packing for image / text invisible to naked eye and visible under UV light will be considered.
