The above mentioned Statements of Overcharging (DPCO 19 95/2013) is based on Available record as information/details of the relevant period as provided by the concerned manufacture /marketing company or information /details as available in Pharmatrac/ ORG – IMS reports in case requisite information/ details are not provided by the manufacture / marketing company. The contents and details mentioned in aforesaid statement of the overcharging are without prejudice to rights of the Government / NPPA to raise any further demand on further information against concerned manufacture / marketing company.
