ORDER

S.O. 2119(E)- In Pursuance of paragraph 7 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995, read with S.O. No. 637(E) dated the 4^th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, in addition to the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) S.O. No. 2972(E) & 2973(E) dated 16^th December, 2010, published in the Gazette of India, extraordinary, part II, section – 3, sub-section (ii), hereby prescribes the norms below for Conversion Cost, Packing Charges, Packing Materials and Process Loss of packing materials for the purpose of the said paragraph, which shall come into force with immediate effect:

A.	Conversion Cost	Rs. per 500ml bag
--	Non PVC Bag with two port on bag	6.68
B.	Packing Charges	per 500ml bag
	Non PVC Bag with two port on bag	1.54
C.	Packing Material	Rs. per 500ml bag
	Non PVC Bag with two port on bag	19.76
D.	Process Loss	Packing Material
	Non PVC Bag with two port on bag	4%
E.	Additional Cost towards storage and supply chain of Rs.0.50 for one unit of 500ml and Rs.0.75 for one unit of 1000ml for all types of I.V. Fluid packs shall be allowed.
