CORRIGENDUM ORDER

S.O. 2251(E) :- The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority Order NO. S.O. 2038(E) dated 13^th August, 2008 published in Gazette of India, extra ordinary, in respect of packing charges at Sl. No. – 5 (liquids, Syrups, Elixirs, Suspensions, Emulsions & Malts) for over 500ml pack size both in Hindi and English version be read as follows:

Instead of                  

“Rs. 1.72 +(Rs. 0.00188 x number of ml over 500ml)”

Read as

“Rs. 1.72 +(Rs. 0.00091 x number of ml over 500ml)”

Similarly in respect of Packing Charges at Sl. No. – 11 (Non-sterile powder and Granules) for over 500gms. pack size both in Hindi and English version  be read as follows

Instead of                  

“Rs. 1.18 +(Rs. 0.0006 x number of gms over 500gms)”

Read as

“Rs. 1.18 +(Rs. 0.00037 x number of gms over 500gms)” 

Further in notification S.O. No. 2039(E) dated 13^th August, 2008 published in the Gazette of India, extra ordinary, the packing material cost norms at Serial-T (Oral Drops / Liquids / Suspensions / Syrup / Elixirs / Dry Syrup in Glass / Plastic Bottle) Note 1 both in Hindi and English version be read as follows:

Instead of

“Rs. 3.20+0.031 for every 5ml shall be applicable for Glass Bottle of above 250ml and 3.97+0.05 for every 5ml shall be applicable for plastic bottle above 200ml.”

Read as

“Rs. 3.20+0.031 for every 5ml shall be applicable for Glass Bottle of above 250ml and 3.97+0.03 for every 5ml shall be applicable for plastic bottle above 200ml.”
