ORDER

S.O. 2945(E)- In exercise of the powers, conferred by Paragraph 4, 10, 11, 14 & 16 of the Drugs (Price Control) Order, 2013 (DPCO, 2013) read with S.O. 1394(E) dated the 30 May, 2013 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, being satisfied that the ceiling price in respect of scheduled formulation Bleaching Powder (containing not Less than 30% w/w of available chlorine as per I.P.) notified vide Gazette notification no. S.O. 3126(E) dated 10.12.2014 was fixed based on companies’ data relating to Bleaching powder ‘Commercial Grade’ and not ‘IP Grade’, hereby withdraws the notifications S.O. 3126(E) dated 10^th December, 2014 and also notified at sr. no. 78 in the S.O. 619(E) dated 26^th February, 2015, with immediate effect.
