The Norms for Conversion Cost, Packing Charges and Process Loss were notified vide Notification No.578(E) dated 13th July, 1999 in compliance with the requirement of paragraph 7 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995. NPPA has further extended the validity of the said notification vide S.O.664(E) dated 12th July, 2001.
