ORDER

S.O. 848(E) :- In exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 637 (E), dated the September 4, 1997, and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) number S.O. 107 (E) dated 07.02.2000, in so far as it relates to Betamethasone Alcohol, Betamethasone Valerate and Betamethasone Phosphate except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes) at which the bulk drugs specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof shall be sold.

2.    These prices/revised prices shall be made effective within 15 days from the date of this order as required under sub paragraph (1) of paragraph 14 of Drug (Prices Control) Order, 1995. The necessary price-list should also be issued as required under sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 14 of the Drug (Prices Control) Order, 1995.
