*Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh has set aside the inclusion of bulk drug Diosmin in the First Schedule of DPCO, 1995 vide judgement dated 27.4.2002. However, Special Leave Petition (SLP) in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has been filed by Government of India against this decision.
