Subject:Features of Renovation Work in NPPA
The features/details of Renovation Work is enclosed. Interested Parties may quote their rates along with EMD of Rs.10,000/- in favour of Pay and Accounts Officer, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals. It may be noted that quotation must be sent to the Under Secretary(Admn.), NPPA, 5th Floor, YMCA Cultural Centre Building, 1, Jai Singh Road, New Delhi-110 001 in sealed envelope and there must be written on the envelope i.e. ‘Quotation for Renovation Work’. No Quotation will be received after 29/11/2007 upto 5.00 P.M. The quotation will be opened at 3.00 P.M. on 30/11/2007 in the presence of Committee members. The representative of Interested parties may also be present at the time of opening the quotation.
Terms and Conditions
- Name of the Work: Renovation of NPPA’s office i.e. 5th Floor, YMCA Cultural Centre Building, 1, Jai Singh Road, New Delhi as lay out plans are enclosed.
- Quality of Work: should be equivalent / match with existing furniture / fixtures including colors and design etc.
- Warranty/Guarantee: Firms should replace/rectify the defective materials free of cost within six months after completion of work, if any.
- Time Schedule: The work should be completed within thirty days after awarding the work.
- EMD will be converted in security deposit of successful tendered/firm, which will be released after the six months of satisfactorily completion of work.
