GENERAL GUIDELINES – 2007

  1. Information / data asked for may be given for each Plant separately.
  2. Information sought in the questionnaire may be furnished based on the Audited Annual Accounts. If same are not available, it may be based on the Provisional Accounts. Copies of Audited / Provisional Annual Accounts & Annual Reports of the Company for the years 2004-2005, 2005-06 & 2006-07 may be enclosed.
  3. All the figures/ values, wherever applicable, may be given in thousand of rupees.
  4. The hard copy of the questionnaire duly filled in may be got certified by practising Cost Accountant and signed by the Legally Authorised Signatory on behalf of the Company before submitting the same to this office.
  5. The questionnaire, duly filled, may also be submitted in a CD, in MS-Excel, alongwith the hard copy for speedy processing of the data. The Password, if any, for opening the CD may please also be provided.
