Subject:- Hiring of Indica Car on monthly basis.

National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority is an attached office of the Deptt. of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Govt. of India require to hire a Indica Car (Non A.C) on monthly basis on following Terms and Conditiions:-

1. The vehicle should have commercial registration and in good working condition (Model 2003 or afterward).
2. The reading of the vehicle will start from and end at the office of NPPA.
3. The quotation should be for 1600 K.M and 180 hours in a month. Any extra km / hour over the above bill be paid based on actual.
4. The quoted rates will remain valid unless there is change in price of diesel by +/- 5%. As and when diesel rates undergo change more than +/- 5% suitable adjustment for change in diesel rate will be made by NPPA.

Interested parties may send their quotation within 10 days of the date of publishing of this advertisement in a sealed envelop addressing to the Under Secretary (Admn.), National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, YMCA Cultural Central Building, 5^th Floor, 1 Jai Singh Road, New Delhi-110001.
