INTERNAL GUIDELINE NO 2-2012

The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority has issued the Internal Guideline No. 1/2012 dated 4.10.2012 in respect of revised internal guidelines for referening the case for prosecution under Para 8 of DPCO, 1995 and Internal Guideline No. 2/2012 dated 9.10.2012 in respect of dealing with overcharging and Without Price Approval (WPA) cases.
