Sub: Study / revision of CC, PC, PL & PM norms for the year 2012 – reg.
Sir,
As you are aware, the National Pharmaceuticals Pricing Authority (NPPA) is required to revise / fix the norms for Conversion Cost (CC), Packing Charges (PC), Process Loss (PL) and Packing Material (PM) every year under DPCO, 1995 and has decided to initiate a study for revision of the said norms for the year 2012.
The draft copy of the questionnaire in which the manufacturers would be required to furnish information / cost data is available on NPPA website (www.nppaindia.nic.in) and may be downloaded for perusal and further suggestion, if any.
In this connection, NPPA has further decided to convene a meeting of the Industry Associations on 14.05.2012 at 3.00 P.M. in the Conference Hall to discuss about the questionnaire and finalize the modalities of the study.
You are, therefore, requested to depute an authorized representative who is well conversant with the subject to attend the meeting on that date and confirm participation latest by 10.05.2012.
