Subject : Supply of Stationery items – Quotation regarding

Sir,

I am directed to state that the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) an attached office of Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals intends to register suppliers / dealers for supply of Stationery items ( as per list enclosed) for a period of six months (2005-06).

You are requested to quote the lowest possible rates for supply of items mentioned in the Annexure above. It may be noted that rates quoted should be strictly as per the specifications indicated against each items and items should be of ISI mark / standard. You should be able to supply the items with the desired schedule. The supplies may also required to be made at very short notice as and when required by the Department. The place of delivery will normally be as stated in the order for procurement. Cartage / transport / delivery charges will be borne by the supplier. Along with the quotation, the party / dealer may also mention its experience of supply in other Ministries / Departments, period of delivery from the date of order and any other details which may highlight the performance of the supplier in the past. Details of yearly turn over may also be given. You are requested to indicate the VAT number.

Quotation complete in all respects, in a sealed cover super-scribed with “QUOTATION FOR Supply of Stationery items for 2005-06” addressed to Under Secretary (Admn.), should reach by 17th November,2005 by 3:30 PM. The quotations will be opened on 18th November,2005 at 11:30 AM. The NPPA, however, reserves the right of accepting / rejecting any or all Quotations without assigning reasons whatsoever.
