The Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers is having a fresh look into the matter relating to the printing of ‘red strip’ and ‘green strip’ on the labels of medicines. The implementation of the concerned notification No. 203 (E) dated 30th March, 1999 has been temporally stayed.
