ORDER

S.O. 242(E). In exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-paragraphs (3) of paragraph 9 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1995, read with No. S.O. 637 (E) dated the 4^thSeptember, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, hereby notifies that the manufacturers of all the scheduled formulation packs of tablets/capsules having Lactic Acid Bacillus as ingredient in combination thereof shall add/subtract Rs.0.017 per 10’s tablet/capsule for each 10 million spores or part thereof as the case may be on pro rata basis of the latest ceiling price fixed for such formulations under sub paragraph (1) and (2) of paragraph 9 of the said order.
