The Drug Policy 1994 provides for updating of the list of Scheduled Drugs listed in DPCO-1995. In accordance with the Policy and the functions assigned to NPPA by the Government, NPPA has under taken an exercise for the same. In this context , letters have been sent to all known manufacturers of bulk drugs for submission of production data for the year 2003-04 as per a prescribed format. An advertisement in this regard is also being released in the newspapers. All manufacturers of bulk drugs are advised to submit the required data to NPPA as per the format given below:
