The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) has revised prices of 36 medicines belong into 25 companies on 12th June, 2000. These include two new cases. The remaining cases (34 relate to Pseudo Ephedrine base formulations the prices of which have been revised/ reduced on Suo-muto basis by NPPA. The down word revision in prices varied between 1.89% to 79.64%. The prices fixed/ revised would become effective within 15 days of receipt of the order of NPPA.
