The NPPA has revised the norms in respect of Conversion Cost (CC), Packing Charges (PC) & Process Loss (PL) and Packing Material Cost (PMC) under para 7 of DPCO, 1995 as per power delegated to it. notified vide S.O. 1831(E) and 1832(E) dated 29.12.05.
