NPPA has revised the price of bulk drug Rifampicin from Rs.4167/Kg. to Rs.4200/Kg. vide notification in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary No. S.O.159(E) dated 5th February, 2002. The price has been revised under the provisions of DPCO, 1995 after taking into consideration the information / data provided by the three basic manufacturers of Rifampicin namely M/s Gujarat Themis Biosyn. Ltd., M/s Lupin Ltd. and M/s Novartis India Limited. For details please click the following:
