Subject:- Hiring of vehicle (Indica Non AC) on monthly basis.

Sir,

            NPPA is an attached office of the Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of  India require to hire a vehicle Indica non AC on monthly basis on the following terms & Conditions:-

1.  The vehicle should have commercial & service tax registration and in good working condition.   Model should be 2005 or afterward.

2.  The meter reading the vehicle will start from and end at the office.

3.  The quotation should be for 1600 k.m. and 180 hours in a month.  Any  extra k.m./hour over the above will be paid based on actual

4.  Vehicle is required on normal working day i.e.   Monday to Saturday and also on Sunday if required for office work.

5.   The quoted rates will remain valid unless there is change in price of diesel by + / – 5%.  As and when diesel rates undergo change more than + / – 5%  suitable adjustment for change in diesel rate will be made.

            Interested parties may send their quotation alongwith EMD of Rs.5,000/- in favour of PAO, Dept. of C&PC within 10 days of the date of issue of this letter in sealed envelope addressed to the Section Officer (Admn.), NPPA, 5^th Floor, YMCA Cultural Centre Building,  1, Jai Singh Road, New Delhi – 110 001.
