Details in respect of Man-days/Employees

Note :

1. In case on indirect workers/staff & supervisory Staff, if it is not possible to give information bulk drug-wise, total requirements for the plant may be given.
2. In case the staff and workers are covered by any award or agreement, state the date upto which the present agreement is valid. In case a fresh agreement has been entered into during or subsequent to the costed year, copies of the same may be attached.
3. A detailed calculation showing the impact of increase in
   wages and salaries consequent upon fresh wage agreement over the costed year may be given, in case the new agreement did not cover the costed period fully.
